The present invention concerns a sun protection device (2) with at least one protective element (24), which is designed to be a glass pane (12) of a window (1) or a door (1).

To protect buildings from solar radiation, and with a carrier (20), which is designed to hold the protective element (24) on the outside of a sash frame (11) of the window or door (1) can be removed in a non-destructive manner. Take a look on exemplary figure A and B.

 

An object of the present invention is a sun protection, which is simple, quickly, inexpensively and/or non-destructively and can be used removable. This should be done especially without a fixed connection such as holes, screw connections, adhesives and similar methods to the building or to the frame, which can only be canceled again in a destructive manner. At least an alternative to the well-known sun protection devices. The invented device would be attractive for rental apartments as they be excepted by the house owner. Preferably, the sun protection device can be an awning, a blind, a roller shutter or a roller blind.

 

The protection-carrier can be of a non-destructively separable connection of the carrier and sash frame of the window or door. This connection can be form-fitting and/or force-fitting with the sash frame.

In case the window or the door been opened to the interior a user can hatch the sun protection device in opened window or the door in front of the sash frame without any tools and after installation close the window or the door. This is might be easy for any person and be done by one non-artisan.

 

According to the invention, the carrier has at least one closed or closable holding element (22) at the sash frame of the window or the door. To protect the whole device and the window or door from damaging winds the awning fabric could be partially hold by for example Velcro or magnetic tape (t). This method allows a partial remove of the awning fabric from the carrier and reduces the acting wind power on the construction. These is one of several possibilities to make it easy to protect the device, to be safe and after all to attach the awning fabric back in its intended position.

 

Lots of windows that are difficult or impossible to reach from the outside and even only by lift or framework to the building, which make the assembly also expensive, are not equipped so far.

This is the gap in the market where the present invention takes its place.

 

The target group is nearly everyone and so it is very big. A market that is being newly developed.

 

Young and old people can fix it themselves, and because of a minimal effort they save money.

 

As the device is assembled from floor at an inside opened window or door it gives safety for the installing person.

 

To have a look on Germany there are about 9 million relocations per year in a population of about 83 million. With the relocation the invention will stay for every time later and be used again.
